Schober becomes Capaneo – a brand name for AI-supported marketing intelligence

Schober Information Group Deutschland GmbH is now operating under the name Capaneo GmbH. With the new brand identity, the company is completing its transformation from a direct marketing pioneer to an AI-supported technology partner – powered by the AI agent platform udo.

Schober has stood for data expertise in marketing for almost 80 years. By changing its name to Capaneo, the company is completing its strategic realignment and clearly positioning itself as a provider of intelligent, scalable and AI-based data and marketing solutions.

The new brand name sends out a deliberate signal. It is a neologism from:

  • Capacity – making data usable on a large scale
  • Capability – developing intelligence from data
  • Neo – renewal, progress and the future

Capaneo thus stands for a new chapter in data-driven technology, more innovation and automation as well as the consistent further development of its own AI expertise.

 

udo at the heart of the realignment

With the new brand, the AI agent platform udo is becoming even more central. udo brings together data from various sources, cleanses and analyzes it, identifies sales potential and automatically develops target groups, personas and specific campaign proposals – including recommendations for action on channel, content and tonality.

As the only AI agent solution with its own integrated data universe, udo cleanses and activates data records at the core – for maximum hit quality and reach in sales and marketing. On request, udo can implement measures directly, for example via an API connection to email or social media tools.
